OFFICES AND WORKSHOP
The company’s offices and workshop are situated in Nairobi’s Industrial Area along Maasai Road off Mombasa Road. This comprises of 6,900 sq. feet of which the office takes up about 2000sq. feet.
The offices are well equipped with modern communication equipment’s, computers and general office appliances.
PROJECTS HANDLED
The company has handled successfully quite a number of projects in our specialist areas and also in the general contracting business some of which are already complete while others are either ongoing or in the pipeline.
PERSONNEL
The company’s operations are divided into three sections besides the office and general management. The
Chief executive is the Managing Director and the Operations Director is in charge of all the company projects.
Both directors are Kenyans. The Operations Director heads the company’s operations down in the following
hierarchy:-
- Operations Director
- Site Engineer
- Foreman
- Skilled and unskilled workers
The accountant is assisted by the secretary who doubles as the personal assistant to the MD and heads the office administration. All in all the company has a total of 14 permanent employees and can engage up to 200 personnel on casual basis at any one time depending on the projects demands.
